Hello, I'm Lottie and I am a Kinesiologist. Working with women is my passion, and in particular our hormones. Hormones play a huge role in the function of our bodies. From starting our periods right through to menopause there is plenty of room for imbalance, which in turn can leave us with unwanted symptoms.

Kinesiology – also known as Systematic Kinesiology – is a complete form of natural health care. Kinesiology uses muscle testing to read the energetic bio feedback system from our bodies to find where health issues stem from, where imbalances/energy drains are and what particular stresses are affecting you. We then correct those imbalances using specialised lymphatic massage, nutrition, electrical balancing and emotional work.
